As much as we try to get around them, screen printing has its limitations. Check out the diagrams below to get an idea of some standard placements and what we can do*. On fronts, adult sized garments can be printed up to 14" wide and 18" tall. Youth sized garments can be printed up to 10" wide and 15" tall. We typically don't recommend printing wider than 12" or taller than 17".
Print width may be restricted by shoulder seams on some garments.
On backs, adult sized garments can be printed up to 14" wide and 18" tall. Youth sized garments can be printed up to 11" wide and 16" tall. We typically don't recommend printing wider than 13" or taller than 17".

On left or right chest prints, both adult and youth sized garments can be printed up to 4" wide and 4" tall.
Left or right chest prints can be larger than 4" x 4", but in our experience, it looks a little off. Something to keep in mind!
On sleeves, both adult and youth sized garments can be printed up to 3.5" wide and 18" tall. Short sleeves can be printed up to 3.5" x 4"
Youth garments may not have sleeves long enough to accommodate an 18" print. Some youth garments may not have sleeves large enough to fit on the press pallets.
On hoodies, adult garments can be printed up to 14" wide and 13" tall. Youth garments can be printed up to 11" wide and 8" tall.
The height dimensions listed here are entirely dependent on the construction of the hoodie and placement of the front pouch pocket.
On tanks, adult garments can be printed up to 11" wide and 18" tall. Youth garments can be printed up to 9" wide and 16" tall.
Print width may be restricted by shoulder seams on some garments.
Inside neck labels can be printed up to 3" x 3" in just about any garment we offer.
We typically recommend a neck label print of about 2.5" x 2.5".
